With a huge variety of technique, strength, conditioning, resistance and cardio exercises - the Boxing Professor will keep you motivated and get you in shape fast. Join one of his classes at Live Fitness in Northbridge, Monday - Wednesday from 6.30pm, and see for yourself!

Boxing for fitness, boxing for competition, or boxing for the love of it - the Boxing Professor will work with you one-on-one to improve your weaknesses, and strengthen your strengths. Training in a dedicated boxing gym, you’ll have access to all the latest equipment and facilities to help you reach your goal. This includes a boxing ring, boxing studio/class room, and an upstairs gym.
