Learning Olympic boxing. The groups are divided. Beginners, intermediate and, of course, boxers who take part in competitions according to the seasonal calendar and are allowed to fight in accordance with their development as a boxer and athlete. The training sessions are very diverse. Starting with steps, jumping rope, shadow fighting, ending with training in pairs of boxing combinations, sparring and, of course, what is very important for every boxer, classes on punching bags, fitness, endurance and general development exercises. If you are looking for solid care and you think this is something you want to do, you are welcome.
